located in Boulder, MT. Equipped with a Kodiak Plus K300+ 45 in cone crusher,
300 HP electric drive, tandem-axle portable chassis, 42 in under-crusher
end-delivery conveyor, onboard switchgear, hydraulic leveling legs, walkways,
handrails, lubrication/hydraulic system, and discharge conveyor. Cone assembly
has been rebuilt with new base plate and rebuilt bearings. Frame/plant serial:
4563914. Toshiba 300 HP quarry-duty motor, serial 241200148, 460V, 3-phase,
377A, 1190 rpm, TEFC, IP54, 4,700 lb, manufactured 12/24. K300+ cone specs
include 45 in / 1,143 mm head diameter, 300 HP / 225 kW rating, 800–950 rpm
operating speed, and approx. 41,295 lb cone crusher weight. K300+ PM plant
dimensions are approx. 48 ft 11.5 in operating length, 13 ft 2.125 in
operating/travel height, 11 ft 11.5 in travel width, with max feed size up to
11.25 in. Estimated axle weight 42,000 lb and estimated kingpin weight 34,700
lb.
